We know that to promote greater equity throughout the LGBTQ+ community we must acknowledge and dismantle the layers of privilege within it while creating an organization that reflects the diversity of the community we serve while highlighting individuals who exist at the intersection of multiple marginalized groups.

Eastern PA Trans Equity Project seeks to create an inclusive and safe space for all. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender identity, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, parental status, sexual orientation, military status or any other characteristic protected by law in any of its activities or operations. These activities include, but are not limited to, the appointment to and termination from its Board of Directors, hiring and firing of staff or contractors, selection of volunteers, selection of vendors, and providing of services.
